FlourishNow, a nationwide non-profit serving individuals and families in crisis is continuing its expansion into new locations; the most recent includes Southern California, with the addition of Gerhard Krämer, a 30-year veteran of the hiring industry.
After spending decades working with the Los Angeles Times, Monster, and Yahoo HotJobs, Gerhard founded Church Job Fairs in 2012 to empower churches and ministry teams in Southern California to meet the employment needs of their communities.
“After growing Church Job Fairs in California for the last five years and serving more than16,000 job seekers, I am honored to join forces with FlourishNow and help them further expand their national focus; bringing hope to job seekers and opportunities for churches to help their local communities.” – Gerhard Krämer
Since its founding in 2015, FlourishNow has served more than 2,580 job seekers in four locations through job fairs and employment workshops. The addition of Gerhard will enable our organization to serve more people struggling to find full-time employment and bring our proven Work2Win solutions directly to them.
“We are excited that Gerhard is joining the FlourishNow team. His experience and heart for serving others through employment ministry will help more people connect with the local church and find dignity through meaningful work.” – Andrew Brown
As Director of Job Fair Innovation for FlourishNow, Gerhard will focus primarily on nationwide outreach to churches and businesses who are passionate about helping people realize their God-given potential through work and implement best practices proven to serve those in need.
